google PR无法查询，API查询地址变更
Google把第三方调用PR的地址给改了。
原来PR查询地址为：http://toolbarqueries.google.com/search?client=navclient-auto&features=Rank&ch=ch值&q=info:要查询PR的网址
现在PR查询地址为：http://toolbarqueries.google.com/tbr?client=navclient-auto&features=Rank&ch=ch值&q=info:要查询PR的网址
主要是红色部分的地方变了。
